BANGOR, Maine 鈥?Local officers patrolling the downtown area Friday noticed a wanted man and stopped to question him and discovered two other wanted people and arrested all three, Bangor police Sgt. Cathy Rumsey said Saturday.The three combined had a total of nine outstanding warrants for unpaid fines, a Penobscot County Jail official said.Officers Taylor Bagley and Gary Decker found Eric A. Junkins, 37, of Bangor on the corner of Court and Ohio streets at about 4:45 p.m., the sergeant said.
