Of course shipping delays can happen, but good communication reduces stress. In the end there is no perfect shop, but some stores are clearly more consistent. Having a tracking number that works on common sites is very convenient. Shipping speed is not everything, but extremely slow delivery is very annoying. I prefer simple designs that do not depend only on heavy filters in the pictures. Whenever I find something that actually works well, I tend to reorder it later.
